No prior technical experience is required. We start with the fundamentals and gradually progress to more advanced topics. However, basic computer literacy is recommended.
This course prepares you for CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and provides foundational knowledge for Cisco CCNA. While we cover the exam objectives, certification exams are taken separately through the respective organizations.
You'll need a computer with at least 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection. For the hardware components of the course, we provide all necessary equipment in our lab facilities. For remote students, we offer virtual lab alternatives.
Graduates typically pursue roles such as IT Support Specialist, Network Technician, Systems Administrator, Field Service Technician, or Help Desk Analyst. Many also use this as a foundation for more advanced networking or cybersecurity roles.
